Determined not to become a victim of the recession, also determined to stay in the country of my birth and try to make a living, the question is; it that too much to ask in modern Ireland? I spent 4 years in college but have discovered I'm not actually qualified for anything or at least its difficult to find a job in my industry (I have a Masters in English and Media). Food is my passion and I find cooking cathartic and a way of coping with long days of job hunting. But enough recession-depression, I have a positive outlook and am enjoying sharing my adventures in food with all three of you! (Hi Mam)
